Konstantin Yepifantsev currently serves as CEO/Vice President at Home Caregivers in Cookeville, TN. An immigrant of Rostov-on-Don, Russia, Konstantin moved to the United States with his family in 1994 and settled in Atlanta, GA before moving to Nashville, TN in 2008 and Cookeville, TN in 2013 with his wife Jessica. Konstantin received his Bachelors of Political Science in 2022 at Tennessee Technological University, after studying Business Administration at the University of Alabama.

Seeing a major deficit in the accessibility of attainable community living and housing for aging Tennesseans, Konstantin has focused his efforts as an entrepreneur and health care provider on restructuring the outdated foundation of facility-based care. Providing affordable housing and care to over 100 individuals and counting, Konstantin’s mission to provide sustainable, quality care to our most fragile populations has grown Home Caregivers from 2.6 million in 2015 at acquisition to 9.8 million in 2022.

Continuously striving to provide growth and prosperity to the Upper Cumberland, Konstantin participates as a Diversity and Inclusion Member of the Cookeville Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, Investor for the Highlands Economic Partnership, 2023 Board Member for the Cookeville Putnam County Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Tennessee Class X Member.

Motivated by his four incredible children: Louie, Caroline, Julian, and Roslyn and unstoppable wife, Jessica - Konstantin works diligently to create a positive impact in the state of Tennessee and improve the lives of all clients and employees he serves. In his spare time Konstantin enjoys spending time with family, running and training/competing in triathlons.
